The University of Arizona (UA) is one of the Top Producers of Fulbright U.S. Scholars for 2015-2016. UA faculty members have traveled to various countries around the world to teach or conduct research on specific areas of expertise through the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program including Suzanne Dovi, Stephen Kobourov and Craig Palmer.

Since the first Arizona Chinese New Year Festival, held at the UA in 2010, Larry Lang, program manager at theConfucius Institute at the UA, has served as the artistic director for the event.

Hitomi Murai, a staff member of MEXT in Japan, is currently being hosted at the University of Arizona (UA) Office of Global Initiatives as part of her Long-term Educational Administrator Program (LEAP) experience.
