University of Arizona students got a well-deserved break from the stress of final exams during the “2017 Final Survivals Week” event on the UA Mall, and the Office of Global Initiatives (OGI) was there to provide an international experience. OGI staff handed out candy from around the world and invited students to participate in a global photo booth, with backdrops from Australia, India, Brazil, and France. The UA Confucius Institute was on hand to offer Chinese calligraphy, mask-making, live music, and martial arts demonstrations. Students also had the opportunity to learn about dozens of study abroad programs. Find out more about the fun event— which also included water slides, massages, puppies, and pancakes— in this video!
