International Student Services (ISS) is committed to your educational, personal, and professional success – from application through graduation and beyond. We are your headquarters for a range of resources on and off campus. Through advising and programs, we provide immigration, academic, and personal support, as well as opportunities for friendship and leadership. We are your advocates, always ensuring that you are understood, supported, and that your voice is heard.
We are available Monday-Thursday from 8:00-5:00 PM via phone, email and advising, and Fridays from 8:00-5:00 via phone. The ISS lobby will be staffed Monday-Thursday from 8:00-4:00 for general questions and scheduled appointments only.
If you're not available to talk to us in person, you also have the option to send your question by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. If you are outside of Tucson and your question is too complicated to answer via email, you may be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment by phone.
