Special Saturday hours!
Saturday, September 28, 2019, UA Passports will hold special Saturday hours from 9am - 3pm for anyone who needs to apply for a passport! This is a convenient time for those who find it difficult to come during our normal business hours because of work, and/or school schedules.
UA Passports holds these events every few months for the convenience of the Tucson and UA community. This Passport Day is being held specifically in celebration of UA Passports' move to the UA Global Center (formerly the Park Student Union), and in support of Governor Ducey’s “Don’t Get Grounded” campaign to ensure that all Arizonans obtain a federally valid ID by the 2020 deadline. Beginning Oct. 1, 2020, domestic travelers will be required to present a “Real ID” to board a flight. While state driver’s licenses without a gold star will no longer be accepted, a passport will fulfill the federal requirements for identification required after the Oct. 2020 deadline.
