U.S. TRAVEL ADVISORY CHANGES – Q&A SESSIONS

Mon, 01/29/2018 - 3:00pm to 4:00pm
The U.S. Department of State has discontinued use of Travel Warnings and Alerts. Countries will now be classified according to travel risk on a scale of one to four.

All official UA international travel must continue to be registered in the UA International Travel Registry. Travel that is classified as “elevated risk” may require department head/director or Dean endorsement. The following are considered elevated risk:
  • UA employee travels with students or community members
  • All travel to destinations considered Level Three and Four
  • Student travel to destinations considered Level Two
  • Undergraduate travel
